Igor Medvedev 1931-2015, born in Kharkov, Ukraine to Germany followed by the U.S.A., scholarship Dartmouth ( art history degree) Then U.C.Berkley, receiving a Masters degree in 1953. Painter, graphic artist, watercolorist, sculptor, gallery owner, curator, and teacher, Mr. Medvedev, through his composition, pallet, light and shadow, his passion for the line, present in architecture, delivers a sense of the place beyond the two dimensional representation of a three dimensional structure.
