note:( This rare piece, when I puchased it, had been kept in a place with very high humidity, consequently the backer cardboard had become staurated with moisture and the acidfree protective barrier allowed this to transfer to the paper. I disassembeled the framed, replaced the backer, linen hinged and reassembeled. there is no water  staining to the paper itself, the ripple is reversable.)
