Virginia Dehn Lithograph “Still Life with Bottle” 16/25 signed dated 1961 image measuring 18 7/8” x 14” framed at 27 1/2” x 21 1/2” label verso from “ National Print Exhibition “ held in New Jersey at the Hunterdon County art center. Viriginia Dehn, 1922-2005, studied Art Students League, N.Y., known for her translational conversion of natural form into soft edge abstraction, this, I find evedent in this Still Life with Bottle. Virginia was the wife of Adolf Dehn, and did meet him while while working at The Art Students League in New York, they were married in 1947 and worked and showed side by side for decades.
