Image measures 25" X 19" framed at 25 3/4" X 193/4". Numbered H/C 11/25 lower left in pencil signed Niki De Saint Phalle lower right in pencil. I have examined this piece out of the frame, it is not mounted, it is filitted between the image and the glass, it is foamcore backed when assembled, this is the original fame work done by Catherine Syvia Reiss renowned Connecticut framer. As shown in the second photo the paper does show an area of slight ripple outside of frame this is not visible when assembled in the frame. This is an extreemly bright impression. H.C. , Hors Commerce, meaning "out of trade", only available directly from the artist. A Hors Commerce is given as a gift to the artist in gratitude from the printer for being allowed to publish her prints. This is the most rare state of the  edition.
